Along with the location, the check-in time is also written on this web page, and once you had sent us an e-mail regarding your early check-in we informed you that early check-ins are charged. We are sorry that you have found that inconvenient. Regarding breakfast, we are sorry that you haven't seen the food as we kindly informed you that breakfast hours are until 10:30 a.m. and check out is at 11:00 a.m. and let you stay in your room an additional 30 minutes after check out was finished. The hotel is located 10 minutes near the old town/city center and our neighborhood has several shops and bars by itself. In addition, the size and looks of the hotel rooms are true to their descriptions and pictures on the web pages. We are sorry if we haven't met your expectations.
