The place is really hard to find. We arranged our pick up from the airport with the property manager, and the driver told us that the manager was in front of city gate. Didn’t happen. After 30 minutes wondering around with suitcases, we found the property (thanks to a local tourist guide).

Great location but you are on your own to find it

If you can get past the difficulty communicating with manager and finding the place, once you're in it's not bad. AC works great, Wi-Fi works great. Location could be better just a few steps to the main Piazza historic Center. Just make sure you know exactly how to find the place before head. Do not expect to be able to rely on manager for help, directions, information, responses...

Servicen var bra och det var rent och man bor väldigt centralt. Lägenheten har dock inte så bra sängar och väldigt lite porslin och bestick. Slitet men charmigt och rent.

Worst Stay ever

Only plus for Cecilia is it's location. Worst and costliest hotel in our 23 days Europe trip. The details given on the site and actuality is totally different. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The toilet is very small and dirty. No housekeeping in three nights of our stay. No toiletries. No Wi-Fi as well.

Appartement in centrum Split

Ligt schitterend in het centrum van de oude stadskern vlakbij de Riva boulevard. Vanuit het appartement directe toegang tot het levendige oude stadsgedeelte. ca. 10 minuten lopen naar de shuttle opstapplek bij de haven voor de shuttle naar het vliegveld. Transavia vlucht was prettig en vlot (ca. 2 uur vanaf Rotterdam). Quick parking een goede oplossing voor het parkeren van de auto. Met een busje naar Rotterdam vliegveld gebracht (ca. 10 minuten rit). Na afloop snelle ophaalservice terug naar de auto.

Apartment sehr ruhig, und zentral gelegen. Wir Tante (50) und Nichte (21) hatten viel Spass, gutes Essen und schöne Ausflüge, wie (Krka-Nationalpark, Bootsausflug Blaue Grotte, Walk ca. 1 Std. zum Aussichtspunkt oberhalb Split). 4 bis 5 Aufenthalts-Tage reichen in Split.

Cobrança em duplicidade

Fui cobrada em duplicidade. Não é um hotel, é um conjunto de apartamentos. Uma pessoa X me recepcionou, e mesmo portando o voucher, ela sequer quis olhar. Me colocou em seu apartamento, e me cobrou novamente. E agora o hotel não quer estornar o valor já pago. CORRAM DESSE LOCAL.

Studio apartment within the walls of the Palace

The room was a nicely decorated studio within the walls of the Palace. The walls of the kitchen were over a meter thick. It was amazing to stay inside of the walls in a piece of history, 1700 years old. It is not often that you get to stay in a place like this. We consider ourselves very fortunate to ache found this listing.

A Nice Overnighter

We had a strange schedule and weren't sure what time we would arrive at the place so the manager accommodated us effectively. The room was nice and well appointed. The bathroom was new and perfectly fine. A nice stay. Grateful for air conditioning.

Das Appartment ist mitten in der historischen Altstadt gelegen. Die Anreise funktionierte problemlos. Ein kurzer Anruf beim Vermieter und 10 Min. später kommt eine freundliche Mitarbeiterin und erklärt alles. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, sauber und das Bad frisch renoviert mit großer Dusche. eine Küche steht allen Appartment-nutzern (in unserem Fall 4 Appartments) gemeinsam zur Verfügung. Am Abreisetag hat uns die Vermietung sogar ermöglicht erst 14 Uhr aus zu checken. Für unkomplizierte reisende, die auf Halbpension verzichten können (Restaurants, Bars, Cafes, etc. befinden sich direkt vor der Tür) ein absoluter Tipp!

Appartement très bien situé

Proche des plages, en plein centre de la vieille ville magnifique ce petit appartement est parfait pour 2. La cuisine est bien équipée et la clim efficace, seule la literie reste le point négatif.

Never had such an unpleasant stay like this

Never had such an unpleasant stay like this. People should make a call the owner before their arrival, but I've never been informed about it in advance. So, I had to wait for 30 minutes in front of the locked door and there was no bell. They should send a pre-notice by e-mail for the guests. Also, they made a mistake on the date of my reseravtion, so I had to wait one hour more in the rain. They didn't say even "sorry" to me. Said only it was a technical problem. Ha! And in the room, there was a bunch of ants on the wall, on the bathroom, on the floor. I was so afraid of bug-bites. The location was only thing that I was satisfied with, but please find the other place for your safe trip. It was an such unpleasant stay ever.

Ingen kontakt innan vi skulle checka in utan vi fick gå till den lokala frisersalongen och fråga hur man kom in genom den låsta grinden. Frisörene ringed någon och vi fick besked på att uthyraren skickade sin son som skulle öppna för oss. Litet men mysigt rum men inte så mycket plats för packning.

The place is not very easy to find,and you need to contact the owner on the phone as there is no reception. I was pleasantly surprised by the room with its own kitchen , which is well equipped but its basic not luxury , fine for the price and very well located to the centre of the old town.

Dårlig standard

Dårlig standard, hjemmesnekrede møbler, lekkasje på bad, luktet mugg;samboer fikk allergisk reaksjon av å være inne på rommet (rennende øyne og vondt å puste, bedret seg når han kom ut derfra) Måtte flytte til annet hotell, utleier hjalp oss med å finne annet, men fikk ikke pengene tilbake for de to nettene vi hadde igjen.

Originellt och spännande

Ett verkligen originellt hotell med Splits bästa läge. Med GPS:n var det inga problem att hitta från busstation. Trots att vi var tidiga ordnas det med att ta hand om vårt bagage. Lägenheten var i markplan med ingång från en liten trädgård, hur mysigt som allra helst. Inredningen var okej med bra sängar. Köket var dock dåligt utrustat så någon trerätters middag blev det inte vilket inte var något stort problem med tanke på restaurangstätheten i Split. Läget var det allra bästa i Split.

ホテル紹介文と違います！

wi-fiが使えるホテルを選んだはずなのに、全く使えませんでした。電波が弱いとかではなく、存在していないようでした。ホテルにフロントがないことは紹介文にも書いてありますが、ホテルの場所に行くと違うホテルの看板が出ていました。誰もいなかったらどのように対応するべきかも書いておらず、看板の名前も、看板に書いてある電話番号も紹介文とは違うものなので、かなり不安でした。どうにも対応ができなかったので、結局、わざわざインフォメーションセンターに行って、状況を説明。係りの人に電話してもらいましたが、紹介文に載っている電話番号も、看板に書いてある電話番号も繋がらなかったそうです。インフォメーションセンターの係りの人が、ネットで他の電話番号を探し、やっと繋がりました。迎えに来てもらったのですが、「うちにはフロントがないって言ってるだろう」というような文句を言われました。客室も砂が落ちていたり、トイレには１～２回で使い終わる程度のペーパーしか置いてありませんでした。更に、前の客の忘れ物があったり･･･ちゃんと掃除しているのかもわかりません。ディオクレティアヌス宮殿の中にあるので、ロケーションはいいですが、それ以外は何もいいところがありませんでした。
