"Unfortunately the spa was closed for nassage treatments because the *only* masseuse they have was positive for COVID apparantly. They did make an effort and arranged another masseuse but massages were rare, limited to 25 minutes, and not very pleasent. Not what you'd expext when comibg to a place that has the word SPA in its name. Other than that- some of the staff did not speak any english. Some had serious attitude issues, especially the ones in the dining room / restaurant, which was aweful by itself. Breakfast served rotten vegetables and spoiled cheese. The guy incharge of the bikes for rent and the house keeping staff were really nice though!"

"Great location in the heart of the Wachau. Accessible by public transport (715 bus from Krems or Melk and the Wachaubahn). Lots of great walks start from near the hotel, including the UNESCO walking trail throughout the Wachau. Great restaurant - and the wine is great. I can recommend the flammkuchen with their Pinot noir! "
