"The woman at the front desk was so kind. We were so exhausted when we got there. She allowed early check in. She even helped us call a taxi since we don't speak Italian."

"The apartment and building were both clean and secure, and the area was okay. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated despite not speaking much english. The check-in process was a bit complicated — I had to go to the sports centre around the corner to collect the keys. There was also no Wi-Fi provided during my stay. On the positive side, the water pressure was great, which made for a nice shower. Overall, a decent place to stay, but with some inconveniences that could be improved."

"The first room we occupied could use a little more care with decor and air flow. The hot water didn’t work the first few evenings but only in the AM. "

"Chosen for location, the property was a bit underwhelming. The apartment I had (268) was spacious but in need of renovation. Having said that, the wifi was good, the reception staff very friendly and for the money, I couldn’t really argue for just 1 night. Aircon was great and breakfast price was very reasonable. Not a great selection but quite typical for Italy. Bathroom was not super clean but ok, although 1 of the towels was dirty so I did not use. On the whole, it was fair value for the money."
