"Staff were wonderful and welcoming and we were upgraded to a room with a balcony. Views across the water were lovely! Also, very walkable to restaurants and the Montagna and the medieval town. Unfortunately, construction/renovation within the hotel (top floor?) started around 8:30am and was quite disruptive. We had already been woken up at 8am by the loud 8am daily flag raising ceremony at the US naval base across the street."

Non attenti alle esigenze del cliente anzi se ne fregano ,cibo da mensa , ho avuto seri problemi alla reception,tanto da dover rivolgermi al direttore . Camera non corrispondente a quella pagata . Spiaggia a pagamento non specificata .Da evitare "

"All the staff are super friendly and help full. The Hotel was fantastic!! The beach was amazing!! Everyone went out of their way to help us find things to do around Naples. We were there for over a week and do not have anything negative to say. We will be returning in the Fall and will be staying here again."
