Fantastic location within 5mins of Paddington Station. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are a little tired, but this is London - if you're only using your room to sleep, then it is fit for purpose and a good price! Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from. If you're looking for somewhere central to lay your head, then this is the place.

"Breakfast was OK. Would not say it was great. Also it was supposed to run until 10am. We arrived at 9:30 to grab a quick bite and before we even sat down all the breakfast things were being cleared away. Not very welcoming."
