"Upon arrival things seemed fine, front desk service was friendly and room appeared clean. After we returned from the beach we noticed the cupboard doors in the kitchenette and on the vanity were falling off and both had nasty water stains inside. The pool area was unclean and the deck was old and rotting. We ran out of toilet paper (only two small rolls supplied) and when I went to reception to ask for more the fellow didn't understand English and offered me a broom! The people in the room above...
