Altogether a fine facility and does the job, but if your final destination is in Bloomington or Indy, drive the 30 minutes for better options. Access from the [new?] interstate was circuitous."

"The property is inside a park, so we had to pay to enter (not a problem but didn’t see that mentioned anywhere before we arrived) The place was nice but dated. The pool was nice, but cold. The lady that checked us in didn’t know what she was doing so it took twice as long as it needed to. We were told we would get the park fee refunded and still haven’t. We have a random charge that no one we have talked to can explain or resolve for us, and the manager still hasn’t called us back to resolve. "

"Our experience was made so great by “Cindy”, the customer service was phenomenal. Upon checking in to our room, we found that our TV wasn’t working and she immediately upgraded us to another room -which was a lot bigger! It was very clean and secure. Parking was not an issue and the breakfast was delicious! We’ll definitely stay here again while visiting our daughter at school👍"

"Room was fine. Beds were good. Breakfast was good and staff was nice. Pool area and hot tub were very dirty looking and concerning. Very old and in bad need of a scrubbing or new paint job. And hot tub was very loud and noisy. Looked so dirty we did not want to go in."
