"We came to visit to attend the World Cup football game in Miami. My stay was excellent. Hannah and Jordan were our servers at dinner. They were friendly, efficient and prompt. Hitarina and Chef Daniel were our servers at breakfast. They were helpful, hard working and efficient. Housekeeping was excellent and top class. Overall wonderful experience at this hotel."

"Everything was amazing except the cleaning staff forgot to clean our room and replace coffee and clean towels. The lady at reception was quiet, accommodating and apologize, even though it wasn’t her fault. However, I don’t like to make negative review and I apologize for doing that but everything else was fantastic and I definitely would stay here again."
