"My mother and I had a very pleasant stay at L'Appartement Hotel. The location is situated near the McGill metro station. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by young friendly staff and the check-in process was fast. Our room was on the 12th floor and was very clean. A plus was the included kitchenette, which is always useful. However, there was a small lapse in service as our room was not cleaned on the fourth day. The room felt a bit dated, I would personally suggest replacing the bathtub with a shower to refresh the space. That said, the overall facilities were really good, we really enjoyed the gym, the pool, and the excellent breakfast, which offered a wide variety of choices."

"Staying at the Hyatt Downtown was a great experience for my daughter and I while in town for the Lady Gaga concert. Great location, nice hotel, and I can't say enough about the staff-they were all amazing, from Florian the Manager of the kitchen, to the breakfast, custodial and front desk staff, who all went above and beyond! Thank you!"

"Exceptional jewel of a hotel located in downtown Montreal. Quiet, comfortable room with the best non-glare lighting (recessed in ceiling). Loved the ease of walking to Old Montreal and walking across the street to catch our train. The year-round pool and hot tub are also enjoyable. We loved our stay!"

"For the price, it is very good. A 10-15$ Uber ride to most places. Subway station is a 4 minute walk. Breakfast is ok. Free latte/cappucino all day. Lots of restaurants within a 5-10 min walk. "

"Have stayed here before and good experiences. However this time I found the bed (room 402) had a definite sag in it where it is most used. Did not have a normal restful night and sleep because I was moving about and developing a back ache. HOpefully you will check the mattress and resolve the issue. Huge thanks. Timothy :-)"
