Tax in the room was $160 and we were “upgraded” to a presidential suite which honestly was unnecessary as it had an awkward boardroom and living area with cold white/blue lighting. Lina at reception was not cut out for the hospitality industry. Do not expect to change her attitude. I wouldn’t even mention this if I hadn’t heard her talking to a friend on the phone with a completely different energy while we waited for forks. Lower your expectations and you’ll be fine. "

"La douche extrêmement bruyante et peu de pression, on ne doit pas tirer la chasse d’eau de la toilette 5 minutes avant une douche. Eau chaude très longue à avoir dans la douche."

Le déjeuner était pas pire mais il n y avait pas de viande ni d'oeufs. Le personnel était serviable et chaleureux, mais c'était le seul avantage et point fort que je donnerai à l'établissement. Je reviendrai jamais à cet hôtel."
