"Great location, the crowd is hit or miss tho in my opinion sometimes a trashy crowd sometimes a good crowd. Pool is clean with lazy river closing at 11pm Whch is nice . Breakfast is breakfast it’s free sooo…. Kids always have fun when we stay here. My only complaint is the crowd. Overall good place to stay in a good location."

This property came about and it was a good price for last minute booking, overall staff was good, property is a little older than what is advertised online, breakfast wasn’t the best but overall it wasn’t a terrible experience either. The bed was very comfortable to sleep. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Cocoa Beach Suites. The location is close to many restaurants and shops and provides parking at no extra cost. Staff were very personable and efficient. I'd like to see a blanket provded in the room and the curtains fixed. I'd stay here again. "
