"My husband and I travel to a new place in Washington every year to visit on our birthdays and anniversary, which are all in January. This year was my turn to pick a place. My husband was elated and so surprised. Everyone was friendly, the food was tasty, and the Lodge is squeaky clean! The grounds are beautiful! There was an issue with the Riverview I was looking forward to but the room had a hot water issue, so we were given a forest view with a fireplace. (We had our choice to keep the riverview) It was toasty warm. The only thing I would say is that the bed could have been a little more comfortable, as my husbands back and my hips were achy each morning. We would definitely come back to Skamania Lodge! Thank you! "

The hotel itself is across the street from several decent eateries, but the real gems are the staff here they’re friendly, kind, courteous, generous with their time and quick to share a laugh.
