"This property is sadly in need of attention. The toxic smell in our hotel room was not improved with opening the window. Our room next to the elevator was super noisy, given the volume in the hallway. We could only close our hotel room door with a firm slam.“ No other rooms available,” according to staff, with a promise to move us to another room the following day. Next day we were told there are no rooms available. Electricity went out in most of the room to include the fridge, microwave, TV, outlets, and light fixtures. “Nothing can be done” according to staff on duty. We moved from a king to a crowded room with two double beds. No offer to reduce our nightly rate since we were not able to stay in the original higher priced room we booked for two nights. Breakfast items were not replenished 1.5 hours prior to end of breakfast hours. “We’re all out” said the one hard-working staff member in the breakfast room. Would not recommend this property."
