"The Breakfast was hot and wonderful! The staff that I talked to were very nice. The room was large, with a big bathroom and a nice walk-in closet. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. The only thing not good was the cleaning. The bathroom wasn’t clean. Floor dirty, shelves not wiped out, etc…. There was a big sticky stain on the floor between the two beds. Carpet didn’t appear vacuumed. The beds were made nicely and did seem clean. The closet had something sticky splashed on the outside door. Everything we didn’t like about the room came down to improper cleaning or no cleaning. The people cleaning need to realize how important it is to future guests that everything was cleaned after the past guests. Heath reasons number one. A clean room is a MUST! Furthermore, hotel rooms are getting more and more expensive. Guests shouldn’t be noticing several things that aren’t clean about a room upon arriving! If we weren’t in such a time crunch to change and be somewhere else, we would have asked for a different, cleaned room!! As a suggestion, put up a full length mirror in the room area and maybe a smaller mirror at the desk area. We had three adults and when one was in the bathroom, the other two couldn’t see how they looked or put makeup on or fix their hair, etc. with no mirror in the room area. Everything would have been 5 stars and great if the room and bathroom had been clean. I would have given a 3 1/2 stars but there didn’t seem to be a way to do that."

Also - will NOT give you late checkout- which is sad considering this is a military town and many folks are staying they due to activities at the base. If you want to optimize your time with your SIT, stay someplace else. Breakfast is weak - dry cereal;"
