"Overall our experience was okay. At check-in the front clerk asked my name and other than that did not speak to me. She handed me the key without telling us our room number or anything at all. The room itself was fine and clean, but the hallways were dirty. The floor in the hall and elevator did not appear to have been vacuumed for quite some time. It took me venturing to three different floors to find a working ice machine. Also there was no where other than gym to get water to drink. The bottle of water provided in the hotel room was $6 a bottle. The gym was also okay. It had a lot of cardio equipment, however many of the dumbbells were missing. The pool was very cold for an indoor pool. Overall, the experience was tolerable, but I will not be staying there again. "

"Most everyone was very cordial and we especially like the shuttle driver, mark who was very friendly and personable. He drove us from our room to the waterfall and came back after half an hour to take us back to our room."

"The room was okay. It was clean. The bed kinda rolled to the middle but we slept okay. The breakfast staff was very friendly but the food was pretty mediocre. Overall, it was decent, especially for the price we paid."

"Room was clean. Beds fair but not the best we've ever had. We got to the hotel at 6pm and were informed that no rooms were clean and ready and that they would call when they were. At 8pm still had not received a call, so we wemt back to the hotel to find out they still didn't have a clean room for us to stay in. Breakfast the next morning was add to the stay due to delays with room, food was ok but not worth the $12 per person had we had to pay. Will not go back. "

"The BEST thing about the Lodge of the Ozarks is the proximity to everything around Branson. Literally several of the attractions are within walking distance. Staff was mostly courteous and welcoming. The room and bathroom were all adequate size for our needs. Sadly we had a few complaints with the first one being the bed, the bed cover provided was paper thin (just a slightly thicker bed sheet). We had to ask for a second blanket which they provided, but you would think a hotel would provide a modestly plush comforter, unfortunately not. Second the TV was an adequate size but it was so old you could not log into your Netflix/steaming service of your choice to watch anything other than limited cable channels. The "Free" breakfast was very average and nothing to write home about, limited or standard choices...I guess it is "free" so you get what you pay for. And finally the plugins available in your room are barely adequate. Why more hotels just don't give you a bank of USB or a/c plugins to power all your devices doesn't make sense. Lastly the parking...if you don't get your parking space settled before 7 PM you will be parking in the back. This is difficult as many go to see shows at night. Not sure if others are using the parking that are not staying there but we could not believe how quickly it filled up. It is definitely not the best hotel we have ever been in but if you have a short stay in Branson it will work...an extended stay like ours, not so much."

"The room was dusted, and floors hadn't been vacuum ever. Had a dirty odor. Iron not working. Notified staff 3 times, didn’t get one. We had to wear wrinkled clothes the whole time there. Bathroom mirror you could write your name one it from glass had so much scum on it. I will neved spend 871.00 to stay in a place for 3 nights and it was a a dirty MESSY! I wish I could get my money back. I have stayed here 3 times over the last 5 or 6 yrs and it was the best. Never again would I stay here nor recommend anyone to this place. 😕 Annie Woods/COO "
