We wished there had more explanation of the resort upon check-in such as; where things were located, what the restaurant options were, etc. we also felt the meals/snacks were overpriced. The activities schedule was helpful. And the exercise room was phenomenal for a hotel setting! Overall an exceptional vacation resort! "

"It was clean and cute. We had to wait for our room to be available but the staff was apologetic and tried to male up for it. We were disappointed that the balcony didn't have what was pictured but it was a nice large space. "

"The staff at the front desk and at the pool were very pleasant and attentive. Parking Was expensive in my opinion, but the guys and girls would run around and get your car when you needed. Valet only. No microwave to heat anything up even though it’s always hot in Florida. "
