"The hotel is in a great location, overall it’s clean however it’s very dated on the inside, especially the rooms. If they would improve the rooms and the common area amenities and modernize them, it would be a very good hotel. I believe that this needs to be done sooner rather than later."

The view from my balcony was spectacular. The sweet young ladies who waited on us at the beach were truly lovely. Viviana on the rooftop was incredible. Love that they provided two beach towels. The Italian restaurant is delicious. I would most certainly visit Lani Kai again."

"Nice and clean room right, comfortable bed and decent amenities for the price. I liked the old Florida feel with exposed wood beams in the ceiling and vibrant colors. Conviently tucked away right off 41 near all the great amenities and beaches. Solid place to stay that isn't a Cookie cutter experience."
