Room [331] smelt stale on arrival and the window couldn't be opened to freshen it, because the handle was broken loose. (We had to sit with the door ajar!) The Liner Hotel
We were in room 267 and had an issue trying to get hot water and we only had one bed side light which made the room depressingly dark.
