"The hotel staff were friendly, but they surprise charge for parking and that was not mentioned online. Hotel room was a bit dated but the price was great! Convenient access to I-70 and the airport. "

"We appreciate that the hotel now has window unit AC, it was warm during our stay. Also, Ryan Lytrell was very helpful sort out a restaurant bill, and one of the desk clerks, Sola? went out of his way to help us print our boarding passes."

"We truly enjoyed the Alpenhof and felt it was a great value for our stay. Location is excellent, staff very kind and helpful and room was very comfortable and well kept. Overall it does show some age in terms of things are “fixable” as far as upkeep and aesthetics go such as carpets in the common areas that are so worn and filthy looking. Bottom line would stay here again and so nostalgic, great character snd cozy…hope they keep up the quality. "

"I loved the heated bathroom mirrors, no issues with condensation. The bathroom could use another hook for cosmetic bags. Breakfast was excellent, keep the crew making fresh scrambled eggs and green chili. Only negative down there was the toilets in the bathroom on that level in the woman’s bathroom were so short, probably less then 18 p”. thank goodness there was a handle to help you get up "

"The staff were absolutely amazing and made our experience the best it could have been. The hotel is very nice. We found a few dust bunnies in our room so I would have liked to see that be better. Also, we would love to have more options of food in the restaurant. I understand the hotel is going through some renovations soon so that may clear up some of these little issues."
