"very basic accommodations-no tv, poor internet, very small room, but very clean and comfortable-nice restaurant across the street -- probably closest accommodations to Crater Lake. We could have traveled a little farther after leaving the Park to get hotel chain accommodations"

"I booked this hotel largely because the cleanliness rating was 9.4, so unfortunately I was disappointed that the actual cleanliness did not live up to those expectations. The floors were quite dirty, with noticeable debris buildup in the corners. The sheets, comforter, and mattress pad were also stained, worn, and in some areas starting to tear. These are things I would expect to be addressed, especially given the hotel’s high cleanliness rating. That said, one of the biggest positives was the lovely woman working the breakfast area. She was genuinely one of the sweetest people I’ve encountered during a hotel stay. She was incredibly warm and attentive, asked guests about their stays, and remembered people as they came back for breakfast. You could tell her kindness was completely genuine. She truly was a gem and made the breakfast experience feel special. Overall, I think the hotel has some room for improvement when it comes to housekeeping and the condition of the bedding, but the wonderful woman working breakfast was an absolute bright spot during our stay."

"Really loved it here. Room was so cozy and loved view. Perfect location and close to may things. Loved they have bathroom ( wish it had more space as its small area to eat ) . We will definitely stay here again when we come through."

"The housekeepers need to clean under the bed and I also saw a baby coxkroach in my room. Other than that the staff was great. Unfortunately my significant other is a man child and lit of firecrackers in the parking lot so we got kicked out. The staff did give me enough time to pack all of my things tho. I did end up with car no ride and no place to go since my id got stolen so I had to sit in the parking lot for 4 hours with all 7 of my bags. The staff never bothered me and they let my boyfriend fix the car"

"Nice place to stay. Travelled on business. Front desk staff at check-in not very good - distracted by personal matters on telephone and made mistakes. Got it all sorted out though. Will stay here again."
