"The stuff are very nice. they let you feel that you are between their family. and the free breakfast is Amazing. I like the service that they provide. but be carful on two things :
1- do not buy a Turk telekom sim card in this area becuase the signal is so bad. and the internet is useless

"The area is so amazing in the middle of the forest, 100m away from telefrik. you can approach the area by car. there are very limited options for food and very expensive, hence, it is better to have your food with you from Bursa. unfortunately the kitchen amenities are not that good, so try not to rely on heating the food"
