Loved the location right on the lake and good proximity to sightseeing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was basically a tiny house and the bed was very close to the ceiling which has its pros and cons, otherwise very adorable. Loved the egg swing chair on the front porch but the shower floor needs to be more tilted for the water to drain properly. Also there were no large towels for the shower. Additionally it takes a long time to get the cab for pick at this location.

Beautiful but sterile

This place is gorgeous, the people very nice. It is very clean. The Mobil home though is tiny, no room for even suit cases. I cannot image 2 people in there. Does have a lovely large porch. The restaurant though very expensive was very good and the waiters kind and thoughtful. The only reason I removed points was because with such lovely gardens and plants, they spray poison early in the morning. I am totally against this as it kills all the beneficial insects, bees, butterflies etc. I would rather see more of a natural approach. I never could get o to the internet as it required a tourist number I did not have. Beautiful place but get a bigger room.

Great location for little escape from daily, busy life and the restaurant was amazing too! Staff was very friendly. I would suggest to travel with your own car if you are planning to stay longer for sightseeing to lake and other places in Sapanca.. Highly recommended!

Wonderful

Great place. Very much updated and very relaxing. Everything was amazing. The breakfast is from heaven; this is the place you go to if you want to taste real Turkish breakfast. Staff is also amazing. The place was way above my expectations (except maybe the temperature of the pool water, which could've been warmer - the view from the new pool is also amazing btw; it is an infinity pool with the lake; the pics don't do justice; the real thing looks better).

Teşekkürler

Genel olarak memnun oldum burada kalmaktan. Görevli personel mükemmel insanlar, gerek resepsiyon gerek restoranda çalışanlar gayet güleryüzlü, naziklerdi. Tek bir konuda eleştirim olacak naçizane, çok fazla gürültü geliyordu. Gece araç veya tren mi olduğunu bilmediğim büyük bir araç geçtiğinde zangır zangır titriyor oda, yol gürültüsü olduğu gibi içeride idi. Gece çok geç uykuya dalmama rağmen Sabah 9 gibi idi sanırım çim biçme makinası olduğunu tahmin ettiğim bir motor sesine uyandım. En azından bu olmamalıydı diye düşünüyorum. İki gün kafa dinlemeye gitmiştim ama uyku kısmında sorun yaşadım, sağlık olsun. Onun dışında tekrar vurguluyorum ki personeller mükemmel insanlar, her ihtiyacımda destek oldular sağolsunlar.

Oda sectigimizde yatak çift kişilik king yatak belirtilmişti ama maalesef 2 tek kişilik yataği birleştirmişler.Gece hiç rahat edemedik,su yatağin bir tarafina düştuk.Sabah kalktigimizda belimiz sirtimiz agiriyordu.Şikayetimizi recepsiyona bildirdik ama sonuç olarak gece rahat edememiştik.Temizlik konusunda orta derece, lavabo içinde koca kıl vardı. Banyoda duş başligida kirikti ,su fişkiriyordu etrafa.

Top, aber kleine details die ins auge stechen

Das zimmer war nicht vorgeheizt es war kalt wenn man weiss das leute kommen werden kann man ja schon mal aufheizen. FRÜHSTÜCK war hevorragend ausreichend viel auch das essen welches man vom Restaurant aus bestellen konnte auf das zimmer, hat einfach mega gut geschmeckt. Die Bademäntel die einem gestellt werden sind leider für eine frau die grösse m trägt sehr klein und kurz. Mein mann der gross und gut gebaut ist war der mantel nicht ausreichend es war nicht einmal in einer pulli länge. Vielleicht sollte man etwas längere zur verfügung stellen.

Harika bir yer personel güler yüzlü ilgi ve alakaları çok iyi.restorant kısmına rezarvasyon şart ozellike göl kısmında oturucam derseniz rezarvasyon yaptırmanız gerekiyor.yemek ücretleri kısmı biraz pahalı geldi.lezzet konusunda çok lezzet aramayın.ama temizlik ilgi alaka çok iyi havuzda ısıtmalı biz çıkarken farkına vardık :) gölde isterseniz kano da yapabilirsiniz.odalarda isitmayla ilgili sıkıntı yaşamıyorsunuz.kahvaltisi göz doyurmuyor ama midenizi doyuruyor.
