Really beautiful hotel in an area that's easy to get around the city. The food and service in the hotel restaurant is brilliant and there's an exceptional guest experience manager called Belen who helped to make my sister's 30th birthday celebrations extra special. A very BIG muchas gracias! I'd highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was lovely our only minor issue was that there were no English news channels on the TV. Otherwise excellent!

we picked this hotel for overnight stay going down to valencia area, the town was very nice, the area around the hotel was very good for photos lovely building, very near a lot of good tapas bars and restuarants, would stay again for sure.

Last visit to Chinchon we stayed in the parador, this hotel was better, much cheaper and in the same street. Super, very helpful staff. We stayed here on route to Segovia

Very Clean

Fantastic staff in the bar and the hotel special regards to Andrew

A great hotel in a great location. The hotel was great value and the staff were really helpful. All in all I would certainly recommend to anyone.

My wife and I enjoyed a four night stay with breakfast included. It was the perfect stay and the hotel made our holiday. Would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast is superb and such great value for money.

Great hotel in a great location. Staff are very helpful and the rooms are spacious and clean

Well located hotel with comfortable rooms and an elaborate breakfast spread.

Brand new, modern, clean and comfortable hotel for an excellent price, the bed was very comfy and the staff were excellent. Tea and coffee and unlimited bottled water provided. A free shuttle from the airport is provided but sadly I missed that due to a late flight. Highly recommend!

Definitely a great choice for a stay in Madrid. Mid July is hot so having the pool and rooftop was a great way to relax and cool off. The staff and service on the rooftop were great, really enjoyed the views and late night drinks. Very reasonable! We just had a basic room but was still a good size, very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and powerful shower. It is a quieter area of madrid, but still a lot of options right on the doorstep, a lovely bakery for breakfast just on the corner of the...
