"I had a wonderful stay at the thousand Kyoto. The staff were friendly and professional. The facilities were well kept and had well appointed amenities. I would definitely look to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Kyoto looking for convenience and a five star accommodation experience."

"This is one of my favorite hotels in Japan. The hotel is new and clean. We got the room with 4 twin beds and it was great for our family to have our own beds. The bathroom is also spacious. The onsen was great!! It has 3 tubs with different temperatures with lots of shower space. The locker room was big and has a few vanity areas. The laundry has 4 machines but we still had to wait for our turn but it was not too bad. The hotel has direct access to the train station which is nice. The lower floors has a few restaurants to choose from which is great! There’s also some activities you can do at the main floor and they also sell snacks. The hotel is right beside a 7-Eleven which was very convenient."
