Lovely warm and clean guesthouse, staff were happy to accommodate our dietary requirements & breakfast was great.

Such a beautiful place! The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We got our timing wrong and had to arrive very late - the hosts were very nice and arranged everything so we could arrive very late. Breakfast was great! A lovely variety and very nice!

Great stay Easy check in, comfy room and warm! Great shower and we were left a chocolate treat Use of local amenity including the restaurant, bar and games room Had a lovely stay, but note it is around 15 minute drive from selfoss Would stay again

Beautiful setting

Very quiet location. Stayed at the cottage, was spotlessly clean, heated and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Only thing to keep in mind, in the summer with constant light, the living room sofa is not completely shaded so if you need, be prepared with eye covers. And when the rain is relatively heavy it is well heard.

The kitchen was equipped and had most of what you would need. The room was fine. The bathrooms were good.

Amazing, the bed is exceptional. And the room is spacious.

Easy location just as you enter Höfn. Next to a horse stable and had a great few from the window. Friendly person at the reception, greeted with a smile. Breakfast is OK. Enough to get you going. Small town so you can walk anywhere.

My 3 night stay here was superb. The area is quite rural (10 mins down a tarmac road off the main 1 road) and it is amongst lovely flat farmland. It's only 15 mins away from the supermarket/petrol facilities in the little town of Hvolsvollur. It was a great location for day trips in the area, I did the golden circle on one day, the waterfalls/glacier/beaches/Vik the next and finally drove the 3.5 hours to the glacier lagoon at Jokulsarlon. The guest house is beautifully decorated and modern...

Great little cottages on little, remote(ish), family-run farm near glaciers. We started just one night on tour of Iceland and got one of the semi-detached cottages and don’t have neighbours. We didn’t have neighbours but in summer when busy it’s likely you’d get a bit of noise from your neighbours, not that that would have bothered us. The cottages are very traditional and we thought it might be a little cold. Quite the opposite, the little radiator was great and we didn’t even need the...

Excellent hotel, very close to city centre and and all places of interest. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed one night at the guesthouse, after a day around the Golden Circle. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and it was so lovely to use the hot tub and sauna after our long day of sightseeing. The staff were very helpful and I would recommend staying at this guesthouse.

Rooms are a detached block of chalets - half with views over valley. Outdoor patios. Comfortable, spacious with en suites. Breakfast - an adequate buffet in the bar area in the main farmhouse building which is lovely. First floor restaurant open til 9 pm truly unique with windows overlooking the cowshed or the valley. Ground floor cafe serves great coffee & ice cream made on site from the dairy herd's milk. Delicious & open til 10 at night. Also has some souvenirs. Limited menu for dinner but...

The cutest little cottage in such stunning natural landscape! the cottage itself had really modern interiors and stylish Scandi decor. Plus they had Sóley products in the bathroom, which was a nice touch. Check-in is really easy if you follow the instructions. Also, there is a main building, if you want to meet other folks, use the kitchen, have a drink, or make some breakfast in the morning. I didn’t use the hot tubs (“hot pots” in Iceland) but they looked gorgeous. Will definitely book here...

Lovely clean & friendly guesthouse and well located in Höfn. Although they don’t offer a full breakfast out of season, there is tea, coffee, chocolate cake and fruit on offer. Nice large room and bathroom with parking on site.

Lovely stay on an equestrian centre. The guesthouse was clean and comfortable with an enormous upstairs sitting room with tea and coffee available. Breakfast was adequate but convenient. It was lovely to see the Icelandic horses outside the window and to be able to visit the stables to meet them up close.
