"The AC didn't work and they didn't come to fix it after we complained. The fire alarm started going off in our room because of a low battery. We asked someone to come up and fix it and no one did. Finally we got a new room, overall a very bad first day. "

"Clean room, friendly staff and easy to locate and find parking for the rental car. Parking price is not too bad compare to similar hotels in the area. Most important, just a 10-15min walk to Disney. Great free breakfast, rotates everyday, keeping things fresh for the kids."

"Property is A Bunch Of Snakes that steal money and expect you to repair and help staff prepare the room for narcissistic attack. This location keeps a dirty room or rooms they know have issues to force incoming customers to sit thru a narcissistic attack during check in with using the room service basic amenities as a roadblock to equal customer service on recognized customers. A crime waiting to happen as some of the staff are your own culture. The slap in the face is appalling and is going to lead to a crime. Any day a violent crime can take place at this location as they pick war veterans to pick and choose service with. Racist Hotel and needs to be shut down permanently."

"Absolutely HORRIBLE staff. The manager is not only rude, but a flat out liar. Don’t expect this property to answer the phone. The property is basically a drug zone full of homeless as well. I would seriously advise anyone to not bring themselves or any children here. Along with the room being basically in-human to live in, I have to emphasize how much this manager is a conniving, selfish and arrogant person. It’s really actually sad and he needs therapy. He will steal your money and lie to anyone to make a penny. Do not stay here. "

"it’s a nice hotel.. it’s just old… but I guess that’s what makes it “IT” I guess…. While everywhere else is remodeled and modern . This hotel still has old school vibes. Which I honestly don’t mind. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly! Not too sure if it matters now a days but the rooms don’t have phones in them ! lol. Just a fun fact . Well I’ve been staying here for years & I’ll keep coming back ! Thank you! "
