"Staff was very professional and friendly. Main lobby looked updated but hotel room had a lot of wear and tear that needs to be replaced overall. Beds were too soft and uncomfortable. Weekday breakfast was adequate but they did not have any meat. Main reason for choosing this hotel was for the free shuttle to Disneyland."

"Hotel prides them self in daily cleaning but they don't. Sign says make bed daily and change out towels if needed, came back to the room and the bed was unmade and no clean towels. The box spring was stained and looked unkept. The hallway smelled of weed and cigarettes I wouldn't stay here again"

"Basic hotel, clean room, had fridge and microwave. Easy check in. About 15 -20 min walk over the freeway overpass and you're at disneyland. Shakeys pizza next door. Can hear lots of noise, thin walls. But everything else was good and if you're only booking to sleep I would recommend and I would probably stay again!"

"They made us where wrist bands to get on and off the trolly which are not the most comfortable to where during your whole stay."

"Our stay at Pepper Tree was very good. The property is a bit older so not as modern or sleak as some, but overall was pretty clean and well maintained. The only "concern" that I would say is there was a poisonous spider living in/on the table on our patio, but that's to be expected in nature."
