Lovely spacious and clean room and excellent swimming pool. Perfect getaway location

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was excellent and in a very pretty setting. Valet parking was free which is very unusual and the whole area felt very safe. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer.

Stayed here on on a recent self organised tour of the Deep South. We stayed in a variety of lodgings and this was at the top end in both quality, location and also price. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort here, the room was nothing exceptional and was starting to look a bit tired and dated but everything else was was very good.

Lovely comfortable bed, good sized room. Nice step in shower with toiletries. Fridge microwave & coffee machine. Great kick back from 5.30 until 7 with lots of food options enough for a full free meal plus 3 free drinks of your choice ( beer wine mixed drinks & cocktails. Also unlimited soft drinks all day & hot drinks. Popcorn until 8pm. Recommend

Lovely, good sized, spotless room & the pool area was clean & spacious too with plenty of towels & unbrellas. Breakfast was decent - I would recommend this hotel, easy access to everything

Clean room. Staff helpful. Breakfast and bar very good

A high quality hotel in the heart of the city. The staff were very helpful with a bank problem I had. The room was well laid out, with great views over the waterfront. The hotel is well-located for Mobile's dining options and walking around the more picturesque part of the city, and is across the street from the brand new Amtrak station.

All was well till we went down for breakfast, and a sweet white lady was telling us about the meal, we thought was free breakfast, I had picked up a plate and another lady with a unfriendly tone toldthe white lady, don't put the plate back, and started talking down to her getting on to her about what happened, I think if she would have kindly explained to her not belittling her I would not have had a problem with it.

Lovely hotel. Would recommend it and think that anybody would be happy with a stay there.
