"Rooms are clean and in very good condition. With the exception of the soap dish in the shower not getting cleaned from the last guest. Grounds could be kept a bit cleaner. It's a big hotel so I'm sure it's hard to keep up with. Between my room window and the outside railing there is an old pop can that looks like it's been there for years and years and never been picked up. Random small pieces of litter in the hallway quite frequently, a small bag of trash sat in the hallway near the elevators for nearly a day. And lots of trash blowing around in the outdoor courtyard in the middle of the hotel. It is still a very nice updated and for the most part clean facility with a very big swimming pool, they have a bar and a restaurant inside..... Would I stay again? Absolutely and I will"
"Exceptional value. 2 bedroom and 2 baths perfect for family visiting. Lots of room , fireplace and kitchen with dining room. A sauna was a great plus in the condo. Indoor pool looked great but I didn’t have an opportunity to use it. Staff helpful with local things to do including use of Sheraton Hotel amenities."
"I got the room off Expedia - to only find out when I got there - it wasn’t what I rented. The rooms on Expedia wasn’t listed properly - I still stayed as finding another room for a decent price was going to be a little difficult and I didn’t want to bother with that. The room was great only the bedroom has no air if you shut the door .
The pool was small and although wasn’t the best - it wasn’t the worse and water was extremely cloudy.
Overall the hotel was very accommodating for our needs and was helpful when we needed more towels etc. I would stay again - but not for the pool "
"Parking felt safe and easy. You can only turn left out of the parking lot, but many shops and restaurants are close by. Staff was very friendly. My room was pleasant and clean. I was unable to enjoy their breakfast due to an early flight time. Shampoo, conditioner, bar soaps, and facial cleansing wipes were available. "
"The staff when we checked in greeted our dog and gave her a treat. The continental breakfast was great. Area was clean. The beds were super comfortable. We all slept great!!!!"
"The property was very quiet and clean! The room was as spacious as advertised. The pool was in fact heated and very well taken care of! I saw multiple people with their dogs, so the hotel is pet friendly and it was nice to see! The staff was very polite. I’ve already booked two more stays at the hotel for future dates because it was a really nice stay and very affordable! "
