Small boutique hotel within walking distance of Plymouth sea front.

This is a real little gem of a motel. In a lovely spot, ample parking and a warm welcome. The rooms are small but perfectly designed with everything you might need. Very new, clean and brightly designed in a fantastic location. The seating outside each room was great and the free breakfast an added bonus.

Beautiful place to stay. Great location for beaches & base for exploring further afield. Run by a lovely couple who were helpful and friendly.

Highly recommend this little gem! Fabulous host, clean & well furnished room and all you could possibly need for a comfortable night away from home. Fantastic selection of goodies for breakfast too. Tabitha has literally thought of everything, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

amazing hotel and staff were extremely helpful, location was perfect with beach access

The breakfast was ok - cereal, muffin & coffee, but everything else was so so good - great location for visiting all attractions on the Cape. The room was excellent, spacious & clean..the proprietor was very friendly. We had a wonderful stay at the motel & have absolutely no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Staff and management were great and very helpful and friendly . Our room was dated and the walls paper thin ,at one point we woke up thinking someone was walking in our room. You could not hold a private conversation in the room without the occupant next door hearing every word . The view out of the window was a metal roof from the property next door . Only plus points were close to ferry and bus stops and small bit of beach to sit on.

Good location for exploring Cape Cod and surrounding towns. Immaculately clean room with really comfortable beds, good quality bedding and well appointed bathroom. Nothing negative to say!

We stayed here for two nights as a base to catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Excellent location, close to the centre of Falmouth for restaurants and shops and walking distance to the passenger Ferry. We also managed a morning swim in the property's pool. Highly recommend this place.

We have stayed at The Blue Spruce on 2 separate occasions. The rooms are always immaculate and are cleaned promptly each morning. Swimming pool towels and guest laundry are available at the motel which is always well received. The swimming pool was always clean with ample loungers and chairs. Continental breakfast is offered each morning and the selection is vast - from cold meats to fresh fruit. The owners were extremely friendly and offered lots of advise on local attractions and restaurants....

Lovely little place to stay. Has everything you need.

Helpful staff, and pristine room. Useful location for lots of places.

Situated on the road between Chatham and South Harwich, friendly staff, clean, quiet room, swimming pool. Excellent value for money

Great option to stay in an area very undeserved by hotels. Comfortable, clean, affordable room. Friendly staff. I'll continue to support this small business next time I visit the area.

Clean comfortable room with very nice breakfast. Very helpful hosts
