Great stay, everything we needed for our visit. Well located, short walk to the downtown area without the hustle and bustle. Really friendly and welcoming staff.

A comfortable overnight stay, not being overly bothered by the road or bar noise. Reception was staffed by calling the desk manager from the front desk. A quit casual approach but it works and my room access and drop off to the airport ferry were well managed.

The staff were extremely helpful. The restaurant is beautifully situated by the water. The room was huge. It was an easy walk into town to the sights & also to the supermarket. Transfers from the airport too. No negatives atall.

The property had recently been refurbished. The rooms were clean and provided good facilities re communication and use of electronic devices. On tap tea, coffee and cold drinks in reception. Also bagels, muffins, porridge and fruit for breakfast. A bit out of town but the property will provide airport transfer. The Totem national park is across the road. It is a 15 min walk into town. The building is not very attractive

Coffee and tea available all day in the lobby. Close to the bus stop for express bus 15 minutes into town. Nice big rooms with kitchen facilities.

We have stayed at 3 hotels in Juneau and this was by far the best! The staff on reception were friendly and welcoming, gave great recommendations for local estaurants and hikes. They have a small kitchen with complementary snacks and some basic breakfast items, along with board games and sofas. We didn't use the hot tubs but they got rave reviews from other guests and we had robes in our rooms and umbrella hats for the Juneau rain- every detail had been thought through!

Good place by the airport and highway to town.
