"Some less than rave reviews had me concerned, but the hotel is so close to Hamilton Airport that I chose it anyway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was clean and warm. There were simple breakfast supplies even at 5:30 am. A friendly taxi driver took me to the airport in the snow at 6:15 am for only $15. Nothing fancy, and certainly furniture needs upgrading. But if you just want a quiet, comfortable night's sleep and save money, I recommend it!"

"Décor with clean weld designed.Make me feel like I was royalties.Staying in a luxurious location, but only paying fraction of a king's price! I understand all kinds of different hotels from the five star to the rundown side of the road shack , but you still need a place to sleep, so i've got great life experience to judge and Sandman are doing it , right! I couldn't find much wrong with my stay.My room or any interactions with staff or other hotel guests. I will exhausted the staff took the time to clarify with me.We're kind when out of their way and went over and above to assist me with my booking because of my confusion and stress. Sheila at the front desk and several others will greet you with a big smile.Confidence in the information they are giving to you and a calm demeanor it will make things go much smoother when you check in and choose Sandman Hotels. Thank you guys for making my move much smoother.Because my real estate agent missed everything up and things were not coordinated.It is why I needed to stay at the hotel but I appreciated my stay and it made the whole thing completely different.And helped me to keep coping."

"Staff was pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable. Love the free breakfast. The dining area is an awesome huge hangout space. When we came down for breakfast at 6am before heading to the airport, areas of the room were very untidy and not cleaned though. "

"Nice, modern apartment/suite in an up and coming neighborhood. Clean and comfortable with great food options nearby. Couple of small details could be fixed - for instance, there is an in-room Nespresso machine but the coffee mugs provided are too tall for the machine. The room could also use some tissue/kleenex - thought there were paper towels. All in all, a very nice place and we would stay at the Laundry Rooms again."
