I have to say that there was a lady at golden keys called Chelsea who was very responsive & kept her promises and I am grateful to her for sorting out the elements I raised with her of no hairdryer or iron at the apartment. "Terrible communication from the property, I was unable to even stay there as they sent the registration details through 4 days after the stay should have started. Following a request for a refund due to not being able to stay here this was declined. Will most certainly not be booking this property again."
