"Room wasn’t clean at arrival Soap residue on shower wall and spot on wall of I’m hoping lotion pool area was not kept clean , clumps of hair on steps to water slide and in pool.Was very family friendly and exciting for 7yr old but for the price I was expecting a cleaner environment "

Girl at desk was eating and kept a sign that said would be back. Sloppy all together. Counter girl seemed to have no idea how to help with items. Musty smell and water damaged walls Simple answer Ghetto, dirty and not going again"
