"Very clean, spacious, and well organized room. Every hotel staff member I came across was attentive and friendly. The only thing I would comment on was the duration of our check-in. I stood in line for at least 20-25 minutes and at the counter for another 20 if not more. The system couldn’t locate my booking reference due to their recent system updates. Not a big deal but I wish I didn’t need to take almost an hour just to check in. Overall I had a great time and it felt like a true mini getaway vacay away from the city! "
