"Made nonrefundable reservation through Expedia on July 23 for Aug 1st. When we arrived, no reservation. Not sure who screwed up, but we had to pay for a night of lodging we already had paid for...and at a higher rate."
"The first room we were give was awful. There was construction being done to the building and our room had what seems to be an air mattress on the bed and the windows to the balcony was covered with plastic. We had no visibility to the beach and the door was sealed shut to the balcony.
We returned to guest services with our concerns. We were please with the results, after we discussed our problems with our room and guest services were able to give us another room. The replacement room was much better."
