"our stay was OK, good location, the hotel restaurant was not as elegant as should be, but there was a very clean and nice restaurant bakery next door."

Staff did not seem to care just got told we will inform the manager. I am not big on reviews but it was upsetting that staff did not care and seemed this was very common issue. "
