The standard was amazing however they have spoilt us for our trip as now they have set the standard so high, no other hotel can match it and we keep getting disappointed. I wish they had a hotel like this in every city we are staying in Thailand, nothing was too much trouble for them and the staff make the hotel atmosphere

I Loved the 3 Fluffy Pillows & Bed sheets & covers! Very good deep, REM sleep accessories! Keep them on each Bed. Zzzzzzzzz

The hotel is very nice and clean, and well located in Patpong. Breakfast is varied fresh and delicious, all employees are very nice welcoming and helpful!! Every request is immediately responded. The pool on the roof is very nice and cool. We also had dinner at the restaurant. There’s also a bar restaurant with live music which is really nice!!

I had a lovely relaxing time at the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff made for an enjoyable time. Lovely room and pool with the beach close by. A large spread was available for breakfast. A very nice start to the day. Occasionally I found a staff member that could not grasp what I was asking in English. I treated myself to a manicure at the Zense Spa. I regretted my choice as I could have done a much better job with a pair of nail clippers.

We booked this hotel to spend time relaxing after a hectic 2 weeks travelling in Vietnam and Cambodia. The hotel did not fail to impress us and ensured we had an amazing 5 days here. The staff throughout the hotel were welcoming, friendly and always keen to help. We chose a swim-up room which allowed us to swim from our room straight to the pool bar! Great modern hotel. A bit of an oasis of calm in busy Phuket. Excellent sports facilities, great Muay Thai trainers in particular. Spacious rooms. Great breakfast.

Great location

Staff are excellent friendly and so helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable and breakfasts cater for all European and Asian and delicious. Plenty to do at the hotel too

All things are close by, all coffee shops and shopping centers, everything was excellent, but the breakfast needs to be improved. It would be better to keep it for all nationalities.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Fantastic location with lots to do in the resort and facilities to go explore the rest of the island. The resort is absolutely huge with 5 pools, 5 restaurants and a few bars. It is located on Kata Noi beach which is a bit isolated meaning most of the visitors to the beach will be from the resort and so it was comparatively quiet on the beach. Stayed here for 8 nights and really enjoyed it. The location is perfect for getting away from it all as very secluded but also has the option of a small village within a 10 minute walk should you wish to venture out. Facilities are excellent, clean and well maintained. What really makes this such a great place is the staff, they simply can't do enough to help and make you feel very welcome and special
