"The hotel and staff was excellent. The best rooms on the river walk. All the balcony rooms on the river had a wonderful cover and the best location. We ate at the restaurant and it was really good. The only suggestion I would give is keep the parking prices closer to the parking garage across the street. "

"The Menger is beautiful and historic ! This was the reason we chose our visit, however…we visited during a time where construction was taking place at the Alamo. We could not see the front of this x beautiful hotel and it was a bit tough getting around walking through the construction. The only issue in the room was that the water would change hot and cold without notice …making it uncomfortable to shower. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Enjoyed the Menger Bar as well! "
