"This room was actually for my step daughter and a friend….they do volunteer work when our football team travels….we had a family emergency and the girls had to leave shortly after checking in! The staff and management were absolutely wonderful and understanding of our situation and allowed them to cancel. We will be future customers at this hotel! I think the staff and managers are great!
