Dirty shower curtain, toilet was broken, but was repaired the next day, and housekeeping didn’t come. Property was good and staff very helpful. But, overall a sub-standard stay. This was quite different from a previous stay at a MyPlace Motel.

Property was in an industrial area which my wife referred to as "sketchy". I didn't think it was too bad, but also agreed that we'd drive to the restaurant we were going to instead of walking the distance of just under a mile. I do like the rooms at My Place properties...just well appointed & clean, which I appreciate. If I stay here in the future, I'd ask for a room opposite of the southwest corner where our room was. Traffic was LOUD & was loud all night long!!
