"Sadly, it was the worst experience ever we have had. 1. When we have booked the owner did not mention that we would be living on basement. Besides, the photos were not clear 2. Condition: the basement was damp, smelly like mould everywhere, poor lighting, broken boiler in the kitchen, water leaking from it continuously (even though the landlord put some rolled cotton mats, but kitchen was still wet and slippery 3. Toilet: There was only one toilet at the basement. Did not flush water well and...

It had everything you could want for a family stay, from baking trays to children's colouring and teddes.Utilities, cups, glasses, chopping knives were all in immaculate condition.
