Was easy walk to train and metro and large shopping mall where there were lots of restaurants to choose from and large grocery store. Rooms were hot though but was able to open window.

The room was appropriately clean, convenient, and spacious enough to not feel cramped. Although there were three elevators, the elevator that was more active in the morning did not go to the floor where the breakfast room was located. This meant that once in the lobby area, you had to change to another elevator having to wait for that as the housekeeping staff was actively using it.

Great location next to the Bella center and shopping mall. Easy to reach with the public transportation. Parking place is quite expensive. The hotel team gave an unclear explanation where the hotel parking is located that caused us to get a fine of 110 wuro. After parking the car at the right place, we get another ticket from the hotel parking company, although we had paid for it.. After explaining it to the management, they removed the second charge. Bad communication and signage from the hotel crew.

Spacious apartment.
Uncomfortable beds. Apartment has lack of the hob/oven served. Microwave only. Few equipped. Difficulty access due to walking around is the bend. Extra nights charged as applied. Failed to all breakfast served is charged more.

Hotel in an excellent location. Good for shortstay
For a hotel with a kitchenette, it was unusual to be discouraged to use the microwave (in case that it would set of the smoke alarm, a fire brigade callout and a 1,600 euro fine!). Thankfully, we could use the kettle in the room. Don't understand why all the microwaves aren't removed from the rooms??? There is use of a kitchen area but it is in the basement, which we didn't use. Oh, housekeeping is once a week, which we somehow completely missed during our week long stay (7 nights) in the hotel. Extra bathtowels (other than the towels that were in our room), were available at reception, for an extra fee. The hotel has excellent public transport links (metro station: Ørestad). Additionally, Fields Shopping Centre is next door, with Bilka Hypermarket and an entire floor of the Shopping Centre with an excellent choice of restaurants. The Royal Theater is close by and another supermarket (IRMA) across the road. Office blocks across the road from the hotel, so the area is very quiet after 17:00.
