We were due to check out at noon yet the housekeeper kept knocking on our door trying to get the room done. I don’t find this acceptable when we are entitled to stay in the room until noon. This was reported to staff member on reception who was fabulous. "

"The room was clean and tidy with everything we could want, the heating/Aircon was a bit noisy with a little one, but that was a minor thing. The shower wasn't the strongest but again, not a deal breaker, breakfast was great with lots of choice, attentive staff and plenty of space if you go early, we did notice that around 9am when we left there was a queue to get into the restaurant. Overall a great stay and we will likely be back next time we're in Edinburgh "
