"Hotel was wonderful however parking was limited and was allocated on first come first serve basis. Hotel is in the heart of Exeter Town so I had to pay £19 to park in the Station Car Park. Something that I shouldn’t have had to do."

"I checked in on an incredibly hot day when the air conditioning wasn't working as it should. The lady at reception moved my room without being asked to make sure the room I was checked into had air con. When I got to my room, it had clearly been prepared with the heat in mind - the curtains were closed against the direct sunlight and a fan was running - the room was lovely and cool, a nice reprieve from the heat outside. Staff are polite and incredibly helpful. "
