"The hotel seems very understaffed. The public garbage can on our floor was overflowing and no one emptied it in the whole time of our stay. There was a very obvious streak of dried liquid (like someone had drug a leaking garbage bag) down the hall for the entire time of our stay, that no one mopped. The same garbage was on the floor in the hall the entire time of our stay. We saw hotel staff on our floor but no one picked it up or bothered to clean the very obvious spill on the floor. It makes you wonder how often they wipe down common areas, elevator buttons, etc etc. or the rooms, as cleanliness did NOT seem to be a priority. The daytime front desk staff were also not helpful. The night staff seemed more helpful and customer service focused. Positives were the underground parking for $14/day and the hotel is in a great neighbourhood."

"The breakfast was more than we anticipated. For having two hungry boys with me, the breakfast was a major money saver. We stayed in a suite that had to pull out couches that were Again perfect for two 18-year-olds, and a private room for me. The view was good from the 12th floor We were close to many restaurants and easy, easy walk to Parliament and surrounding area"

"Great location—right next to the Rideau Centre and ByWard Market. The room and shared spaces were clean and well kept. The unit is fully equipped with cooking essentials, including utensils, dishes, pots and pans, as well as a stovetop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The pool and gym are a nice bonus. It would be even better if parking and/or breakfast were included in the nightly rate."

"Petite place parfait pour un in et out ou le travail (ce qui était mon cas, représentante). La chambre était propre à part quelques cheveux au sol de la salle de bain mais à l'ensemble c'était bien et rénover. Les Mr. à l'accueil et à mon départ très courtois avec de beaux sourires."

"Overall, the place was okay, but I wouldn’t necessarily call it a hotel. It felt more like an updated two-storey motel. The walls were quite thin, so noise from the room next door was easily heard. Additionally, when I made the booking, breakfast was included. However, upon arrival, we were informed that breakfast is not actually served at this location. Instead, we were given two coupons for a free smoothie with the purchase of a breakfast item at a nearby restaurant."
