"This hotel is really beautiful, comfortable and clean. Great location in downtown Madison. The staff were top notch! Had drinks in the bar--friendly, chic atmosphere. I have nothing negative to say except that I was lucky that this was not a longer stay so I didn't have to wash my hair. The shower water comes out almost dripping and there was no way I would've been able to get the shampoo out of my hair. No hyperbole here, it was the worst water pressure in my 50 year old life. "

However, David helped me and guided me through the process of how to reverse the charges for a night I was unable to use. He went above and beyond and I was so fortunate to have him on my side. Not only was the issue resolved, he personally reached out to make sure ducks were all in a row for my stay. I appreciate you David 🙏"
