"The hotel is a top notch from the moment you park at the front entrance to your departure. The rooms are clean and specious. Everything is modern and in a brand new condition. The front desk, bar and the restaurant are provided excellent service. Valet parking was great too. Highly recommend."

"The hotel smelled liked cigarette smoke from the moment we walked in. Got to our room and it was dirty. Dirt, crumbs and hair on the beds and in the bathroom. Floors were dirty, phone was unplugged and continued to smell like cigarette smoke. We left within 20 minutes."

"After driving til almost 3 in the morning with 2 kids and going to the wrong hotel first we walked in and I was so happy with the room and thought I would book with this hotel more often Then we realized the toilet had issues flushing, there is no sound proofing and I got maybe 2 hours sleep as a result. In the morning someone was playing with their door and it kept slamming over and over. Then, we weren’t that close to the ice machine but it might as well have been in my room. Whoever was on top of me it sounded like they were running, playing basketball and rolling something for hours. When we were leaving the cleaning staff left their cart in the middle of the hall and we literally couldn’t get by with the luggage. No one at the desk asked how things were or seemed like they cared. After leaving I checked my reservation and found I was overcharged and then for some reason they charged me an extra $20 and I don’t know why. I have yet to call and talk to management about this because I am still trying to get home. We were on a very long 14 hr road trip south and back and stayed in 3 hotels. This was easily the worst. Such a shame because it was beautiful and could have been a new favorite"

"Room phone was disconnected, couldn’t find property phone number anywhere so if you needed the front desk help you had to go to the desk! The clerk behind the desk could not have been any less concerned! Shower is a slip and slide accident waiting to happen and for a 78 yr old a bit scary! Parking under the building is very limited and it is a blind drive. We pulled in one night found no spots open and no way to turn around so we had to back out around two corners. We finally parked in a back lot that was poorly lighted…a little spooky! After arriving we were surprised to learn parking was $10.00/ night, then we noticed on the in room tv property advertising that parking was “complimentary”. After complaining we were credited back our parking fee. Our last night there the maid left no coffee in the room so I had to get dressed and go downstairs to get my coffee. The property is clean."
