"Clean but outdated."

"Great location, nice rooms though some of the furnishings have seen better days. The check-in was easy and the desk attendant was helpful. Elevators were fast. There was free coffee in the lobby in the lobby in the mornings and hot apple cider in the afternoon. There was only one thing I really didn't like - the barn door on the bathroom. It was hard to close and left a large gap between the door and the wall, so it didn't do anything to keep sound or light from the bedroom. Might as well not even have a door. "

"Very clean rooms, staff is also very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nice very much worth the money. Lots of places to walk and visit. Definitely would be going back."

"Pool ended up having kids swimming classes during the time I was able to go, but all other amenities were wonderful! Kitchen staff was the best!"

"The room was very small and looked like a motel 8 room. Outside of that, very beautiful hotel, outstanding restaurant and awesome staff"

"The staff were very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The breakfast is outstanding! No reconstituted eggs here! The hotel is located in a very safe area, with many excellent dining experiences. If you are planning on using the metro plan on a 10-13 min walk to the boarding platform. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Overly priced. Can't eat in dorm rooms. Coming in and out at desired times is not ideal. Seems like because you stay in a dorm room you had a curfew too. Front desk was not very accommodating. Security guy was nice. "

"No housekeeping during stay at all. Facility does not have microwave, fridge is not cold enough. Pool says closing period ends in february but not open during the stay."
