This is one of the best bed and breakfast places I have stayed at. Donna made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The setting is fantastic down by the Shenandoah river with lots of space outside to hang around in. The rooms are comfortable with lots of places to relax inside as well. The breakfasts we had were first class. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast if you are in the area.

Room comfortable but dated, some tlc required. Wifi worked OK. OK for an overnight stop on a road-trip.
